Where History Meets Innovation in the Heart of the Berkshires

The Greylock Mills campus in North Adams, MA, is a historic landmark that dates back to the late 19th century, when it was a major hub for New England’s textile industry. Originally built between 1872 and 1914, this iconic mill complex was known for its cotton spinning and industrial artisanship.

Today, Greylock Mills is being revitalized as Greylock WORKS, a mixed-use redevelopment that celebrates its rich industrial heritage. This adaptive reuse project transforms the historic mill into a vibrant community space featuring modern loft residences, co-working areas, a Culinary LAB, artist studios, and event venues. Greylock WORKS seamlessly blends the past and present, offering a sustainable future while honoring the legacy of this historic site in North Adams.
